Tailored Chemical Products, Inc.’s multi-location manufacturing facilities can produce a variety of water and solvent based adhesives based on a wide variety of chemistries including: polyvinyl acetates, ethylene vinyl acetates, acrylics and polyurethanes. We employ the use of a number of bulk, jacketed reactors as well as a variety of large volume ribbon blenders in our dry and toll blending operations. We operate multiple batch processes in order to maximize the flow of products. This helps support short lead times to our customers. We also produce custom-blended powdered hardeners and catalysts.

We continue to invest in process improvements with new state-of-the-art equipment and procedures. Our facilities have statistical process control and quality assurance programs in place to ensure the highest possible quality standards available.

One of our dynamic strengths is our ability to perform customized, contract, private label or “toll” blending for a variety of customers and products. We can build your adhesive or specialty product to your specification, offer the product in your choice of form factors and package it to meet your requirements.
